An Alternative BBQ!

Grilling season is among us and plenty of invites are going out to join in on some great BBQ’s but what will be on the menu? It is pretty much a tradition that when having a BBQ, it includes grilling or smoking a variety of meats to serve to your guest with a couple of side dishes and cool drinks. That was then but now times have altered a little. As more people become health conscious of what they put into their bodies, as they should, there are people who have chosen to be vegan or vegetarian.  So what to do now?
